How To Request A Telemedicine Appointment

In order to serve and protect our patients during the COVID-19 pandemic, Westshore Dermatology is offering dermatologic care via telemedicine appointments. During a telemedicine visit, you can meet with your provider via our secure audio/video platform on your computer, smartphone, iPad or tablet from the safety of your own home.  

Telemedicine visits are ideal for:

- Prescription refills

- Lesion evaluation

- Rashes

- Acne

- Rosacea

- Other routine dermatologic concerns

For all Medicare and most commercially insured patients, these visits can be billed directly to your insurance.

If you are interested in scheduling a telemedicine visit or have any questions, please contact us in one of the following ways:


1. If you are an existing patient and have created a portal account, simply access your portal account below.


2. If you are an existing patient, have not opened a portal account, but have provided us with your email, you can use that email to create a portal account by clicking below.


3. If you are a new or existing patient who has not provided us with your email, please call our office at (440) 617-9114 and leave a message. A staff member will be in touch to set up a portal account and schedule a telemedicine visit.
